Additional Description of Service
Instructions:
Upon entering the InvestorDelivery site you will be asked to enter the
enrollment number that you received from your financial institution.
This is always the first step.
Then depending on the state of your enrollment you will be presented with
either:
The "Terms and Conditions" agreement to create
new enrollments
or
The Enrollment Maintenance form for existing enrollments
View Enrollment Information
Change Enrollment
Information
Cancel Enrollment
Forgotten Pin
- Create New Enrollments:
Read the "Terms and Conditions"
If you agree with the "Terms and Conditions" click the
"I Agree" button.
On the New Enrollment-Create screen enter your Internet e-mail Address
(e.g. yourID@providerID.nl). Then enter it once more in the "confirm
your e-mail Address" box. Choose, and enter a four digit numeric
PIN (Personal Identification Number). Then enter it once more in the "Confirm your PIN" box.
If you have enrolled other accounts with InvestorDelivery try to use
the same PIN.
When you are finished, click on the Submit button.
After submitting your entry, the New Enrollment Confirmation screen
will be displayed. This screen will show all the information that
you have previously entered. If the information displayed is correct,
click on the Submit button. Otherwise, click on the Back
button and make the appropriate changes.
After submitting your entry, the New Enrollment Complete screen will
be displayed. This screen will indicate that your new Enrollment is
complete and active. An Enrollment verification e-mail will be sent
to you at the entered address. If you do not receive this verification
e-mail within 24 hours, you may have submitted an invalid or incomplete
e-mail Address. Please verify your e-mail Address with your service
provider and perform the Enrollment Maintenance procedure described
below to correct your e-mail Address.
- Enrollment Maintenance:
When you enter the site and you are currently enrolled, you will
then go to the Enrollment Maintenance screen.
View Enrollment Information:
If you wish to view your Enrollment Information enter your PIN
and select "View my Enrollment Information", and click on
the Submit button.
After submitting your entry, the View Enrollment Information screen
will be displayed. This screen will show your current Enrollment Information.
Click on the Go to Maintenance Options button to return to
the Enrollment.
Change Enrollment Information:
If you wish to change your e-mail Address and/or PIN, enter your current
PIN, select "Change my Enrollment Information", and click
on the Submit button.
After submitting your entry, the Changed Enrollment Information screen
will be displayed. This screen allows you to change your current e-mail
Address and/or PIN. Check the appropriate Box and enter the information
you wish to change. When you are finished, click on the Submit
button.
After submitting your entry, the Change Enrollment Confirmation screen
will be displayed. This screen will show your current Enrollment Number,
changed e-mail Address (if changed) and indicate whether your PIN
was changed. If the displayed information is correct, click on the
Submit button. Otherwise, click on the Back button and
make the appropriate changes.
After submitting your entry, the Change Enrollment Complete screen
will be displayed. This screen will show your current Enrollment Number.
You will be sent an e-mail message confirming your Enrollment Information.
If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, you
may have submitted an invalid or incomplete e-mail Address. Please
verify your e-mail Address with your service provider and change your
Enrollment Information again.
- Cancel Enrollment:
If you no longer wish to receive electronic distribution of securityholder
material, enter your current PIN, select "Cancel my Enrollment",
and click on the Submit button.
After submitting your entry, the Cancel Enrollment Confirmation screen
will be displayed. This screen will show your current Enrollment Number.
To confirm your Enrollment cancellation, click on the Submit
button. Otherwise, click on the Back button to return to the Enrollment
Maintenance screen.
After submitting your entry, the Cancel Enrollment Complete screen
will be displayed. This screen will indicate that your Enrollment
has been cancelled. You may be asked to complete a brief survey to
help us understand why you opted out of electronic delivery. You will
be sent an e-mail message confirming the cancellation of your Enrollment.
No further electronic communications will be conducted for your account
and your Enrollment Number will be marked as "Inactive." You
may at any time reactivate your enrollment.
- Forgotten Pin:
To have an e-mail providing the PIN (Personal Identification Number)
sent to the e-mail Address on record, select "I forgot my PIN",
and click on the Submit button. (You do not have to enter a PIN.)
After submitting your entry, the Forgotten PIN Complete screen will
be displayed. An e-mail providing the PIN will be sent to your current
e-mail Address on record. Click on the Go to Maintenance Options
button to return to the Enrollment Maintenance screen.
Note: If you are no longer reachable at the e-mail Address on record,
please send an e-mail to webmaster@investordelivery.nl.

What is InvestorDelivery and how does it work?
This is how InvestorDelivery works:
When an issuer or mutual fund company in whom you have a security position
sends a communication to its securityholders, you will NOT receive a paper
copy of the material. Instead, you will receive an e-mail that will notify
you that this material is available on the Internet (provided that the
issuer has made this material available on the Internet). This e-mail
will contain links to the material associated with that securityholder communication.
If this is a distribution that includes voting, you will also receive
a unique Control Number to execute your vote and an instruction to go
to:
http://www.proxyvote.nl
Or, in some cases, your broker's website.
Not all issuers or mutual fund companies utilize this technology
yet. Their materials will continue to be sent in the traditional manner
until they do so. The good news is that more corporations are realizing
the benefits of this program every day.
There are no charges to you for this service.
Do I need to enroll for each security that I own? Do
I need to enroll separately for each account?
Enrolled accounts:
Your Enrollment is good for all securities that you hold in the enrolled
account. We require that you enroll separately for each account that you
have, even if they are at the same organization.
Why can't I get past the InvestorDelivery maintenance
screen? I'm in a loop!
Purpose of InvestorDelivery:
You are successfully enrolled. Use the InvestorDelivery site to make
changes in your enrollment information or revoke your consent to cancel the service. Neither
InvestorDelivery nor ProxyVote display or give you access to your
investment account. InvestorDelivery and ProxyVote are services
concerned with online delivery of securityholder materials such as proxies,
quarterly and annual reports, and prospectuses only. Please contact the financial
institution that holds your account for any other services.
Why am I still receiving paper mailings?
Not All Issuers and Mutual Fund Companies Participate:
You need one InvestorDelivery Enrollment Number per brokerage/investment
account. It applies to all the stocks/funds that you hold in that account.
If a company whose stock/fund you own makes their materials available
over the Internet you will receive an E-mail.
Not all issuers or mutual fund companies are utilizing this
technology for all of their distributions. Their materials will be sent
in the traditional manner. We encourage you to inform these companies
of your preference. The good news is that more corporations are realizing
the benefits of this program every day.
I did not enroll or authorize this service. How did
you get my information?
Enrolled:
We received an enrollment request for this account and E-mail address.
An Enrollment Number was assigned and a confirmation E-mail was sent. If
you do not wish to continue your enrollment please go to:
http://www.investordelivery.nl
You will need your Enrollment Number and your PIN. You can find your Enrollment
Number on any E-mail you receive from us. You can also enter a current
ProxyVote Control Number sent to you for this account. It will translate
to your Enrollment Number automatically. If you have forgotten or misplaced
your PIN you can have it sent to your enrolled e-mail address.
How do I get my Account balance information, number
of shares, etc? How do I change my street mailing address?
Account Information, etc.:
We are sorry, but neither InvestorDelivery nor ProxyVote can display
or give you access to your investment accounts. Nor can we supply statements
or make changes to your name, address, etc.
InvestorDelivery and ProxyVote are services that are strictly
concerned with online delivery of securityholder materials such as proxy
notices, quarterly reports, and prospectuses.
Please contact the financial institution that holds your account directly
for any other services. You can usually find the contact information on
your monthly statement.

What is the purpose of the Enrollment and Control Numbers?
Enrollment and Control Numbers:
Your Enrollment Number (13 character number, one letter followed
by 12 numbers) is for use at www.investordelivery when you need to change your e-mail
address, view or cancel your enrollment or request your PIN. Your Enrollment
Number cannot be used for voting purposes at www.proxyvote.nl. You will
receive one Enrollment Number per account.
When the proxy information for a particular meeting is made available
via the Internet, you will be sent a separate e-mail notification and
Control Number that will be entered at www.proxyvote.nl to execute
your vote. You will receive a separate, unique Control Number for each
proxy vote.
Why is there no Control Number for me to vote?
Interims, Important Announcements, Securityholder Reports, etc.:
The E-mail you received represents an important announcement, quarterly, or annual
report by an issuer, mutual fund, or investment company in which you hold securities.
It does not refer to a company meeting or proxy vote. There is no Control
Number included. Simply click on the link in your E-mail (or copy and paste
it into you browser) to access the pertinent material.
When do I get a Control Number?
Receiving Control Numbers for Proxy Votes:
A Control Number identifies a votable security position in your account.
This is related to a request for vote instructions in regard to a proxy,
or your participation in a corporate action. You will receive your next
control number when such a situation occurs.
What is the cost? Are there any charges to use this
service?
Charges:
There is no cost to use this service. The only costs you incur are those
related to your access to the Internet and the maintenance of your E-mail
account (telephone, ISP, etc.).
Will Web TV work?
WebTV:
WEBTV and IOPENER have a shortcoming. They do not support the ADOBE Acrobat
portable document form (PDF). PDF is now universally accepted as the choice
for printable documents. Most corporations and Mutual Fund companies make their Internet formatted
reports available in the Acrobat format.
You do not need Acrobat to vote at ProxyVote.nl.

Maintenance Period:
There are a few times during the week that ProxyVote and InvestorDelivery
are unavailable for maintenance reasons. This is especially so on weekend

Multiple Votes:
You are allowed to vote at ProxyVote.nl as many times as you wish up
until the day before the meeting date (for most domestic companies). You
can change the way you vote if you so desire. Only your final vote
counts.

Expired Enrollment Numbers:
To enroll accounts for which your InvestorDelivery Enrollment Number
has expired, look in more recent or future proxy and securityholder report
mailings you receive for that account. There you will find a new Enrollment
Number.

Obtaining Your Misplaced PIN:
If you have forgotten or misplaced the PIN required to vote at ProxyVote.nl
or to perform the changes to your InvestorDelivery enrollment, you can have
it sent to your enrolled e-mail address by going to the Internet site:

You will need the InvestorDelivery Enrollment Number sent to you in
most of our communications, or a current ProxyVote Control Number.

Any additional InvestorDelivery Enrollment Numbers you might receive for
an enrolled account were created before the original InvestorDelivery
Enrollment Number was fully registered. Please disregard them.
Not all corporations and Mutual fund companies are utilizing this

Can I use my Control Number to get my Enrollment
Number?
Getting Your Enrollment Number from a current Control Number:
If you go to www.investordelivery.nl and type your Control Number
it will produce your current Enrollment Number.

Description of Service
By enrolling in this electronic delivery service, you agree to receive
notices by e-mail about securityholder communications materials.
Those materials are made available electronically by issuers,
mutual funds and other third parties. Quarterly, semi-annual

printer. If the securityholder materials are not made available electronically, you will
receive the standard printed materials and no notices will be sent
by e-mail.
Your enrollment will be effective immediately for all holdings in the specified account
on an ongoing basis unless you change or cancel your enrollment.
If you have a security position in an equity or mutual fund as of the
record date for a particular securityholder distribution and the materials
to be distributed are made available electronically, you will receive
an e-mail notice. The content of the information provided for electronic
delivery is the responsibility of the issuer, mutual fund,
or third party, presenting it. If your securities are held by a
financial institution, the broker or bank that holds your security is
not responsible for content of electronic securityholder materials.
Failure of e-mail Address
If, during a distribution, your e-mail address proves to be invalid,
your enrollment in this electronic delivery service will be cancelled
and you will receive a hard-copy notice. This
notice will provide the URL to the electronic materials, and will
contain instructions to visit

in order to update your contact information.
Option to Receive Hard Copy
If, after enrollment in this electronic delivery service, you would
like to receive a printed set of securityholder material for a particular
security, in addition to your e-mail notification, you may request hard
copy delivery from your broker, bank or directly from the issuing corporation
or mutual fund. The broker, bank, issuing corporation or mutual
fund may, at their discretion, impose a fee to receive the printed materials
in addition to the electronic materials.
To Update Your Information or Cancel Enrollment

and entering your unique enrollment number, you may update your contact
information, such as e-mail address or personal identification number
(PIN), or you may revoke your consent and cancel your participation in electronic delivery at any time by
selecting the cancellation option.
Hardware and Software Required to Use Service
Enrollment in this electronic delivery service requires that you have
a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft
Internet Explorer®, Netscape Communicator®, or equivalent, and
e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet. This
access may incur charges from Internet Service Providers and local telephone
companies. The broker, bank, issuer, or mutual
fund will not be responsible for the costs associated with electronic
access; these costs are the responsibility of the securityholder. Should you
wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must
have a printer as well. Some issuers electronically publish their
materials in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF-formatted
documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software. This reader
is available for download, free-of-charge, from http://www.adobe.com.
